Gluten Free: Trend, Necessity, or Something In Between?
Gluten-free products seem to be everywhere—but who really benefits from eating gluten free, and what does the science say? Join us for July’s Wholistically Nourished gathering as we explore one of today’s most talked-about nutrition topics. Together, we’ll discuss what gluten is, who should avoid it, how to identify naturally gluten-free foods, and practical ways to build satisfying, nourishing meals without feeling limited. We’ll also share delicious recipes, shopping tips, and, time permitting, a simple cooking demonstration. Whether you’re gluten-free by necessity, by choice, or simply curious, everyone is welcome to join the conversation.
Tickets are $25 and are available in the Co-op or on Eventbrite.
