Movement & Mindfulness: A Yoga + Zentangle Series- Three Thursdays in October, 5:30-7 pm

Join us this October for a unique and soul-nourishing experience that blends gentle movement with creative mindfulness. Yoga Flow with Anne Preston, 500 HR-Certified Yoga Instructor. Reconnect with your body through a grounding and accessible yoga practice designed for all levels. Zentangle with Lisa Brouwer-Thompson, Certified Zentangle Artist. Tap into calm creativity as you explore the meditative art of Zentangle – no art experience needed!

Dates: Oct. 9, 16, 23

Cost: $35 per session or $95 for all three sessions (save & commit to your wellness!)

Runners of the Sage Harvest Run at Tri-Cities Food Co-op

Tuesday, October 21st at 5:30 pm

Meet outside the Co-op (1420 Jadwin Ave) for a group 3-5 mile run or walk along the Columbia River path, then check out the fresh, local food, coffee shop, and community space at the Co-op after the run. All ages, paces, and abilities welcome. Dogs welcome on the run but not allowed in the store.

Plantsgiving Vegan Potluck- November 8th, 5-7pm

Bring a plant-based (vegan) dish to share. This could be a main dish, side dish, salad, or dessert. Please refrain from using any animal products. Be sure to include a recipe card with a list of all ingredients in your dish. MEMBERS ONLY

Co-op Board Meetings

The next Board meeting is Wed., Oct 22nd at 5:30 pm at Barnard Griffin Winery- 878 Tulip Ln D, Richland. Board Meetings are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. All Co-op members are welcome to attend.

Wine Wednesday – Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30 PM

Come chat and learn about wine! We’ve got our well-versed staff as well as local experts who will teach you the little known facts of wine. FREE & FAMILY FRIENDLY !

Co-op Market, Sat., Oct. 18th, 10 am- 2 pm

Come meet vendors to the Co-op as well as new folks with a great array of products, all locally made!

English Spanish Intercombio- 1st and 3rd Sundays 5:00-6:30 pm

Join us at the Co-op on the first and third Sundays for a Community driven meetup to practice your Spanish in a group.

Tri-Cities Distro: Every Sunday, 1–2 PM

This is a community cabinet with free food, water, hygiene and other essential supplies for all who need. All are welcome!

Member Recruitment: We are over 941 members strong! If each of our current  members brings just one new member, we’ll be over the top! Your help in spreading the word is essential

The Co-op is located at 1420 Jadwin Ave in Richland,

one block north of the Uptown Plaza.

The hours are daily, 7 am- 7 pm.

We have a great selection of local and organic produce! 

We also feature local baked goods, eggs, dairy, meat and seafood products as well as

local beer, wine, and locally roasted coffee.

Our bulk section is phenomenal!

   Our community space hosts a delightful coffee bar to relax and sip, and enjoy monthly events.

Their estate vineyards—Seven Hills, Pepper Bridge, Les Collines, Octave, Goff, Stone Valley and Summit View—produce some of the most sought-after grapes in the state. They are dedicated to being stewards of the land and are leaders in the practices of sustainable agriculture.

You can pick up your member cards at the Co-op while supplies last.

Co-op Members Farm Walk- Schreiber Farms
Sat. Aug 16th, 3 pm- 5 pm
Come tour one of the most diverse farms in Washington! Located 20 minutes north of Pasco, with over 300 kinds of produce, you will learn loads while enjoying delicious farm produce. Tickets are $25 for adults, and $15 for children, and include 2 beverages + farm tastings. This tour is open to Co-op members and their families. Tickets may be purchased at the Co-op. Space is limited, and sales will end on Wed. Aug. 13th so be sure to get yours today!

The Co-op is participating in this fun scavenger hunt run/walk event! Run or walk to participating businesses and collect tickets to win great prizes!

Join Fleet Feet Tri-Cities on Thursday, August 28th, for the Fleet Feet Summer Block Party at 6 pm! Come early and gather outside Fleet Feet Tri-Cities. Registration and participation are FREE!

Our summer gallery show is up ! Rotating art and fresh inspiration is in store. Come take a look, and bring some home!

Morning Bloom Yoga Program– with Lifted Lotus Collective Tuesday, Friday and Saturday mornings at 9 am starting July 15th. Inquire in store for more details.

Tuesdays in Summer, 1- 3 pm, How To Start Painting Watercolors by Gail Roadhouse:

August 5- Washington Apples

August 12- American Goldfinch (WA state bird) with bleeding heart flowers.

August 19- Barnard Griffin Winery Landscape

August 26- no class

The cost is $40 per class with coffee, tea OR pastry included, as well as all art supplies.
